UU No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional a. Pasal 57 ayat (1) dan (2) Evaluasi, Akreditasi dan Sertifikasi, Bagian Kesatu tentang Evaluasi
Pengukuran hasil belajar dapat diartikan sebagai kegiatan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar dengan standar yang ditetapkan (kriteria ketuntasan minimal).
Penilaian hasil belajar adalah proses pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan informasi yang diperoleh dari pengukuran hasil belajar, baik yang menggunakan tes maupun nontes. Penilaian hasil belajar bersifat kualitatif dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk deskrispi kalimat. Penilaian dalam pembelajaran bertujuan untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi belajar peserta didik secara berkala, berkesinambungan, dan menyeluruh.
Evaluasi tidak dapat dilakukan jika , pengukuran dan penilian tidak dilakukan terlebih dahulu. Dengan melakukan evaluasi diharapkan dapat dilihat pencapaian proses pemebelajaran yang telah dilakukan dan dan mengambil keputusan berupa hal perbaikan apa yang akan dilakukan pada pembelajaran kedepannya.
Evaluate kurikulum Normal dan PJJ ini harus kita ketahui efektif atau tidak, bisa dipahami atau tidak oleh siswa, berdampak positif atau tidak pada pertumbuhan siswa dan baagaimana kemampuan gurunya
